Tons diverted

Every minute, 20 tons of plastic enter our oceans. 80% come from countries with no recycling infrastructure.
NGO and small-scale models struggle: Too many initiatives distribute machines without a viable business model, commercial strategy or structured operator with industrial management skills (maintenance, supply chain, quality). As a result, they remain dependent on external funding and never reach long-term autonomy.
Centralized infrastructure struggle: Large centralized plants need a steady, high-volume flow of sorted waste. Keeping that supply often takes strong public policy and enforcement, which makes projects political and hard to run. Add political and currency risk, long transport distances, and volatile fuel prices, and transport costs quickly destroy the business case. Plastic Odyssey Factories enable step-by-step structuring of actors and provide a short-term transitional solution until all the ingredients are in place.
This is not a technology issue. It is a business model problem.
The answer requires decentralization, local adaptation, integration with existing networks, and solid industrial partnerships.
Turnkey factories. Structured value chains.
Proven economics.

Factories
Standardized containerized recycling units. Deployed in 6-9 months on a concrete slab. Solar-ready, closed-loop water, designed for local maintenance.

Network
Off-take agreements, shared technical support, Operations partnerships. A local factory gets the power of a global network.

"When I started, I didn't know my paver formula contained toxic materials. Plastic Odyssey helped me redesign my products, set up proper safety protocols, and structure my operations. Today I employ 10 people and produce pavers I'm proud of."
