Between 2022 and 2026, the Plastic Odyssey vessel sailed across 3 continents documenting recycling solutions where plastic pollution is worst. 100+ recycling centers visited. 30+ countries. Thousands of waste entrepreneurs met. Dozens of technologies tested.
What we found
The technology exists. The entrepreneurs exist. The markets exist.
What doesn't exist is the industrial ecosystem to connect them. No standardized equipment adapted to local conditions. No structured supply chains. No financing. No access to corporate support. Plastic Odyssey Factories was created to fill that gap. Not with theory. With machines, training, market access, and a network built on what we learned in the field.
