CDF: Collect & Densification Factory
The CDF is the entry point of the recycling value chain. It takes in raw post-consumer plastic waste and transforms it into clean, sorted, shredded material ready for transport and sale to manufacturers.

PTF: Plastic Transformation Factory
The PTF goes one step further: it transforms recycled plastic into finished products that serve local markets. The PTF includes all CDF capabilities (sorting, shredding, washing) plus modular optional process : extrusion, Co-extrusion, palletizer, molding, sheet-press...

Blockchain-verified certificates documenting the social and environmental impact of each kilogram recycled. Sold to corporates for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance and/or CSR commitments.
