Structure with purpose.

Every decision-making layer is designed to protect the mission, not dilute it.

GOVERNANCE

Legal Structure.

Plastic Odyssey Factories (SAS) is a French company with local subsidiaries in Senegal, Philippines, and Indonesia.

Shareholders: 3 co-founders (majority), Climate Club (80 business angels), individual investors selected for finance, impact business, and emerging market expertise.

Plastic Odyssey Academy (endowment fund): separate legal entity receiving 10% of pre-tax profits. Funds training, awareness, and community projects. Written into the articles of incorporation. Operates through its own local entities or partnerships with established local organizations.

Governance Bodies

Who decides, and how?

Two bodies, one goal: keeping growth accountable to the mission.

Strategic Board

Co-founders, key shareholders, sector experts. Meets quarterly. Validates strategy, arbitrates investments, ensures alignment between growth and mission.

Ethics & Compliance

Partnership Screening.

  • Level 1: Internal screening: history, sector, controversies, values alignment. Most partnerships validated or rejected here.
  • Level 2: Mission Committee consultation for grey-zone cases.

Operational Standards.

  • QHSE: Standardized safety protocols in every factory. Incident tracking via TRIR.
  • Formal employment only: 10 to 30 declared jobs per factory, with social protection. 2 to 3 times as many indirect jobs created or reinforced.
  • Blockchain traceability: Every kg of plastic recycled traced via Inclusiv app.
  • B Corp: Certification in progress.
